Baker Tilly advises ADMETOS on acquisition of MAHLE thermostats business
Baker Tilly supports the industrial and investment holding company ADMETOS in the acquisition of MAHLE’s thermostat business with tax transaction advice, in particular on contract design and structure.
The advice in connection with the acquisition of the automotive supplier MAHLE’s thermostats development and production division included in particular the tax-related contract drafting and structure. The Baker Tilly team, led by partner Uwe Roth, also included attorney-at-law Sven Vollstädt, tax advisor Stefan Lehner and attorney-at-law Markus Cullefors.
