Baker Tilly Advises Battery Startup Heimdalytics GmbH on Seed Financing Round
The international consulting firm Baker Tilly provided legal and tax advice to Heimdalytics GmbH, based in Kiel, in a seed financing round. The capital increase, with a total volume in the seven-digit euro range, was carried out with the participation of existing investors.
An interdisciplinary team from Baker Tilly provided comprehensive legal and tax advice for the investment round, with a focus on corporate law. In addition to lead partner Matthias Winkler (Tax, Munich/Regensburg), the advisory team consisted of director Florian Niebler (Tax, Munich/Regensburg) as well as senior managers Sonja Dechansreiter and Daniela Stephan, LL.M. (both Legal, Munich).
