Baker Tilly advises NanoEntek on acquisition of med-tech supplies

The international consulting firm Baker Tilly has advised NanoEntek Inc. on the acquisition of all shares in med-tech supplies GmbH.

Munich, 21 August 2024 – The international consulting firm Baker Tilly has advised NanoEntek Inc., a South-Korean biotechnology company listed with KOSDAQ and based in Seoul, on the acquisition of all shares in med-tech supplies GmbH, a German medical technology supplier based in Planegg, Germany. Founder and former sole shareholder of med-tech supplies GmbH, Jakob Schwab, remains Managing Director.

The interdisciplinary services provided by the team led by Munich-based partner Dr. Raphael Won-Pil Suh (Lawyer, Corporate, M&A) included legal, tax and financial due diligence, process management, drafting of transaction documents, contract negotiations as well as signing and closing.

The Baker Tilly team led by partner Suh consisted of Stephan Zuber (Partner Corporate, M&A), Uwe Roth (Partner Tax), Sebastian Hafner (Partner Financial), as well as Till Werner,  Jinhoon Jeong, Peter Reiß (all Corporate, M&A), Stefan Lehner,  Markus Cullefors (both Tax), Julian Mair (Financial) as well as Stephanie Breitenbach and Marco Stahn (both employment law).
