Baker Tilly advises Red Bull on joint acquisition of Brandenburger Urstromquelle with Rauch Fruchtsäfte GmbH
Baker Tilly provided tax and financial advice to Red Bull GmbH in transaction negotiations with Misipi SE (Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen Group) on the share purchase of Brandenburger Urstromquelle conducted jointly with Rauch Fruchtsäfte GmbH.
The target company operates one of Europe’s largest bottling, logistics and distribution centers in Baruth. The regulatory authorities still have to approve the transaction’s closing.
During the successful negotiations, Baker Tilly lead partner Uwe Roth and his team, headed by senior manager Christoph Beigel and manager Markus Cullefors, handled the tax due diligence, the structuring of the acquisition and the purchase agreement’s tax aspects. In addition, a financial team headed by Baker Tilly partner Frank Stahl supported the transaction.
