Baker Tilly strengthens Legal and Tax division with three new partners
Baker Tilly starts into 2023 with appointing three new internal partners in the Legal and Tax division as well as four promotions at director level.
Thus, the interdisciplinary law firm is strengthening its strategic business areas of Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing as well as Corporate/M&A. The appointments emphasize Baker Tilly’s recipe for success in promoting lawyers and tax advisors from its own ranks and retaining them for the long term. “Seven new partners and directors show that we practice a corporate culture without artificial barriers in the Legal and Tax area. We are all the more pleased to be able to expand the partnership to this extent and with these top-class people," says Managing Partner Legal Dr. Thomas Gemmeke. Since 2020, Baker Tilly has appointed a total of twelve colleagues from its own ranks as partners in the Legal and Tax area.
In the future, Baker Tilly can continue to rely on excellent and ambitious young talent for the Legal and Tax division. “Rank 5 in the MyJobFair ranking and rank 11 in the Juve Career Tax ranking are clear proof of Baker Tilly’s outstanding attractiveness as an employer. Therefore, I am convinced that there will be more of these success stories in the future," says Managing Partner Tax Oliver Hubertus.
