Baker Tilly at the R&W Expert Conference on Global Minimum Tax in Frankfurt

"Relevant (implementation) aspects regarding the interaction of domestic and foreign tax systems in light of the minimum taxation rules" will be the focus of the Baker Tilly panel at the R&W Expert Conference on Pillar Two, taking place in Frankfurt on November 6.

Our international tax law experts, Dr. Klaus-Jörg Dehne and Ines Paucksch, together with their Baker Tilly colleagues Fabian Petrus (Switzerland) and Dr. Wojciech Sztuba (Poland), will discuss the following topics:

  • Typical application issues and limitations in CbCR Safe Harbour regulations
  • QDMTT for MNEs with a German UPE, using Switzerland as an example
  • Qualification of foreign tax incentives under the minimum tax system, using Poland as an example

The expert conference will take place on November 6, 2024, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Frankfurt.
