With Baker Tilly expertise: Korelya Capital invests in Finn GmbH

Baker Tilly has provided business advice to the French investment company Korelya Capital on the latest Series B fundraising they led for Finn GmbH. The Munich-based start-up offers car subscriptions with a focus on climate neutrality. This is the fourth investment round for the young company, following previous financings in 2019 and 2020. 

The advisory services provided by the team led by partner CFA Nils Klamar set its focus on a financial due diligence. Klamar was accompanied by director Daniel Zeiß, manager Pascal Trilling and assistant Sebastian Langen. 

"We are pleased to have successfully completed the deal despite the tight schedule," Klamar reports on the special challenges of the project, in which Baker Tilly was brought on board shortly before the targeted closing.
