Baker Tilly advises Eucon regarding the acquisition of Aurelis Consulting
A German-Polish Baker Tilly team under the leadership of Dr. Thomas Gemmeke, Managing Partner Legal as well as Senior Manager and Lawyer Daniela Konle has consulted the Eucon GmbH, an international company with headquarters in Warsaw, regarding the acquisition of majority stakes of Aurelis Consulting.
The focus of the consultation was an integrated Legal, Tax and Financial Due Diligence as well as support during the negotiation of the purchase contract and additional contractual documents. It was agreed to keep the transaction volume confidential.
The German team consisted of Senior Manager Stephanie Breitenbach (Labor Law), Partner Friedrich Wamsler (Tax) as well as Partner Frank Stahl, Director Florian Corzilius, Senior Manager Pascal Trilling and Tim Bajrami (all Financial Due Diligence). The Polish Legal team consisted of Katarzyna Koszel-Zawadka, Natalia Kochańska, Barbara Kostyra-Górnik, Emilia Drzazgowska-Bzdok, Ewa Bałdowska and Karolina Kamecka. Participants from the Polish Tax team were Martyna Szatkowsk, Małgorzata Dankowska, Agnieszka Grabowska, Marta Zaręba, Michał Rosa and Piotr Chodorowski.
