Baker Tilly advises AXAITRA Group on acquisition of Zertia Telecomunicaciones S.L.

Munich, February 07, 2025 – The international advisory firm Baker Tilly has comprehensively advised AXAITRA Group, a pan-European IT services group, on the acquisition of the Spanish managed service provider Zertia Telecomunicaciones S.L. As part of the transaction, an interdisciplinary Baker Tilly team from Germany and Spain provided support with the financial due diligence and tax due diligence.

The project was led by Munich-based Baker Tilly Transaction Partner Stefan Greger. Director Nicolas von Westberg and Grace Bejarano (consultant) were involved in the financial due diligence. The tax due diligence was performed by Baker Tilly Spain Marinas, represented by partner Maria Angeles and Fernando Cuevas (Senior Manager).

With this strategic acquisition, AXAITRA Group is continuing its growth course and strengthening its market position in the European IT sector.
