Baker Tilly advises VTC on investment in Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik

Baker Tilly supports the Munich-based VTC group of companies with business and tax advice on its investment in Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH.

Munich, August 14, 2024 – With the support of the international consulting firm Baker Tilly, the Munich-based VTC group of companies has acquired a stake in Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH (HLU). The Munich transaction team with Frank Stahl, Julian Mair (both financial due diligence) and Uwe Roth, Stefan Lehner and Markus Cullefors (all tax due diligence) supported VTC with financial and tax due diligence. Baker Tilly also advised on tax transaction structuring, as well as tax and business contract drafting and negotiation.

VTC is a continuously growing investment holding company with a focus on both the further development of existing group companies and the acquisition of new investments. With its sustainable, entrepreneurial approach, the holding company supports the further growth of HLU – a leading manufacturer of plastic fans and system provider of supply and exhaust air systems – and enables, among other things, extensive investments in further internationalization, the expansion of the product range and additional production capacities.
